Install Fonts:
All fonts used here are by-default free for use for both personal and commercial projects. Learn how to install fonts to your PC or Mac (if you donât have them yet):
Windows:
Extract the files you have downloaded.
Under Windows 8/7/Vista: Select the font files (.ttf, .otf or .fon) then Right-click > Install;
Under any version of Windows, Place the font files (.ttf, .otf or .fon) into the âFontsâ folder, usually under C:WindowsFonts.
OS Mac:
Under Mac OS X 10.3 or above (including the FontBook) Double-click the font file > “Install font” button at the bottom of the preview.
Under any version of Mac OS X: Put the files into /Library/Fonts (for all users), or into /Users/Your_username/Library/Fonts (for you only);
Under Mac OS 9 or earlier: Drag the fonts suitcases into the âSystemâ folder. The system will propose you to add them to the Fonts folder.

All PowerPointTemplateHubâs templates are built with âslide masterâ design feature that allows end users to make adjustments easily. The image âplaceholderâ will allow users to input image, video, graphic or other elements easily with just one click; and after your image/video/graphic is placed, just âsent them to backâ in most cases to make sure they look good on your slides â here is a quick tutorial on how to do it:
1: Cick the âplaceholderâ icon to place an image:
2: Right click the image to âsend to backâ (or “send backward” depending on your preference):
3Â (bonus tip): Occasionally, if you feel the imageâs color or brightness is not perfect, try image âcorrectionsâ or âcolorâ to adjust it before “send to back”:

Edit and Customize Shapes, Charts and Icon Elements:
All the shapes, charts, icons… in PowerPointTemplateHub’s slides are vector based and you can edit and customize them easily, such as changing color and arranging width and size, under âformatâ tab:
Common How-To(s) for Editing/Customizing PowerPoint Document
Change Color(s) or the Color Theme of the Entire Template (this will apply to each slide):
1. Go to Design > “Variants” – Colors > “Create New Theme Colors” or “Customize Colors” depending on your PowerPoint year version.
2. Adjust colors for each item, name your new color theme, and click âsaveâ.
NOTE: Once your new color theme is saved, you can select it any time and your Color Picker pull-down menu will show your custom color palette, ready for use.
ChangeCreate Semi Transparent Overlay Background:
1. Right click the shape youâd like to set transparent > Format Shape > Picture or Texture
2. Set transparency in the fill window, drag from 10% to 90%
Group/Ungroup an Object/Shape:
1. Right click on the object(s)
2. Select Grouping > Ungroup/group
Edit/Fill Shape Color:
1. (Left) click on the shape
2. Chose a color from color pallet (bucket icon)
NOTE: Please ungroup the object/shape before, if you want to change an individual shape.
Change Line Color:
1. Left click on the shape
2. Chose a color from color pallet (pencil icon)
NOTE: Please ungroup the object/shape before, if you want to change an individual shape.
Edit Chart Data:
1. Right click on the chart
2. You will be directed to Excel spreadsheet data. You can edit the data there.
3. Once the spreadsheet completed. save the data (ctrl+s) for windows or (cmd+s) for mac user.
Crop a Picture:
1. Double click on the picture
2. Choose Crop from toolbar
3. Drag the crop handler horizontally/vertically to adjust the width/height
Open the template in OS Mac/Keynote:
1. Launch Keynote (itâs in the Applications folder of your Mac).
2. In the window that automatically opens when you launch the app, navigate to the location of your PowerPoint file. Eg: if itâs in Documents, click on the Documents folder in the left sidebar (You can also click on the File menu and select Open, then navigate to your presentation):
3. Once located your file, select it and click “Open”, and you’ll see a screen like this:
NOTE: A window may appear, explaining any changes that were made during the import process. In most cases there won’t be any issue. The PowerPoint file should now open in Keynote.
